This category is for all new article submissions. A new article submitted to the MRT SIG will first be placed here while it is being developed.
This category is for any article that is new or is undergoing significant modification. Thus, when you start a new article, or want to make significant modifications to an existing article, make sure you include the line


It is also for copying existing pages to make significant changes to them. This can be done by creating a new page with a name the same as the existing page, with " - Updated" attached to it. Then copy the entire original page text (using the "edit source" option) and paste it into the new page. A little bit of a pain, but it will leave the original page undisturbed. The new page then needs to be modified to add a reference to this category, which should remain while the page is being updated.

After the author feels that the new page, in either case above, is ready for publication, it will be "move"d to the [[:Category:Pending Review]] category, with a redirect link created. That allows the new page to be placed back into this category with minimal effort. See the [[:Category:Pending Review]] for further details on the page creation/updating and publishing procedures.
