This category is for all new article submissions. A new article submitted to the MRT SIG will first be placed here while it is being developed.

It is also for copying existing pages to make significant changes to them. This can be done by creating a new page with a name the same as the existing page, with " - Updating" attached to it. Then copy the entire original page text (using the "edit source" option) and paste it into the new page. A little bit of a pain, but it will leave the original page undisturbed. The new page then needs to be modified to add a reference to this category, which should remain while the page is being updated.

After the author feels that the new page, in either case above, is ready for publication, it will be "move"d to the Category:Pending Review category, with a redirect link created. That allows the new page to be placed back into this category with minimal effort. See the for further details on the page creation/updating and publishing procedures.
